What is the delivery time for a build?

Depending on delivery slots available, we aim to deliver in 12-14 weeks.

What are your payment terms?​

25% deposit with order, 25% at 6 weeks and final balance due prior to delivery.

Do you have any builds available to view?

Yes, we have the carriage available on-site to view in Thirsk.

Are your builds suitable for all year round use?

Yes, all of our builds are fully insulated with triple glaze windows and doors.

Do you have any alternative colour finishes?​

We have a number of different cladding finishes available. The steelwork and windows can also be powder coated to a RAL colour.

How much is delivery of my build?

The cost of delivery is dependent on location, please get in touch and we can advise.

Are the builds delivered in one piece? I live in a difficult to access location.

We can supply the carriages ready to be craned into position, or we can build them onsite in sections by our installation team. This means we are able to access difficult locations, so please don't worry.

Are you able to fit out the build for me?

Yes, we offer a glamping package. If you require a bespoke package, please get in touch and we can cost that for you.

​

I would like my build on wheels, is this something you can provide?

Yes, we can provide your build on wheels/chassis.
